These folks at Plymouth Rock turned what could have been a horrible experience into an incredible one. Friday 13th around 8:12 am I got into a car accident. I reported it to your office at 9:00 am, at approximately 9:30 am appraiser Robert Zilch stopped by my office to appraise the damage (I found this incredible since I had only reported it a little more than an hour before.) Later that day around 4:00 pm Adjuster Erica Vercruysse called me on my cell phone to let me know the claim was approved and a check was being mailed out. My point, within an 8 hour period, the accident, claim report, appraisal, approval of claim and check being mailed is...Well let's just say I have never encountered such superior service in such a short period of time. All in all Plymouth Rock Assurance Company (and Marchionne Insurance) is one of the most impressive companies I have ever had pleasure of working with.
